When brewing in a kettle: Place one bag into approximately 500–700ml of water or boiling water. After boiling, brew thoroughly for at least 5 minutes before drinking. If the tea becomes too strong with the bag left in, remove the bag.
For iced tea: After brewing as above, allow to cool, then transfer to a bottle and chill in the refrigerator before drinking.
For cold water infusion:Place one bag in a water jug, pour in approximately 300–500ml of water, refrigerate for about 15–30 minutes, and you will have cold perilla tea.
For teapots: Place one bag into your teapot, add the desired amount of hot water, and enjoy. For a stronger brew, leave the bag in for longer; for a milder brew, shorter brew time is recommended.
